How should I use the Claims Draft functionality?

Last Updated February 13th, 2018

There are several ways Claims Drafts can be used.

Template creation: Many claims submitters observe that their claims are often very similar to each other, with things like Diagnosis Codes and Providers remaining constant throughout most of their claims. App users who create and submit their claims in the app can save Drafts that contain these constants. When creating claims, they can start with the saved Draft and edit the necessary information (like patient and service date).

Real-time creation, future submission: Some App users have found it useful to be able to create claims in their current practice management workflow and submit them later. The drafts functionality allows claims to be created and uploaded to the app as they occur. They can be validated and submitted later after being reviewed.
