When submitting a request for support, what information should I provide?

When requesting support from our team, it helps us to provide feedback quickly if a few key pieces of information are provided. If your inquiry is related to a specific transaction, please provide the correlation ID and/or activity ID of that transaction. Please do not submit full transactions containing member data. The correlation or activity ID is sufficient for our teams to research. If your inquiry is general related to your account, please include your client ID.
